1. Definitions

“Service” refers to the Superior Pro Drilling website and any related services offered by Superior Pro Drilling (“we,” “us,” or “our”). “User” (or “you”) refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Service. “Content” refers to text, graphics, images, and other materials made available through the Service.

The Service provides information about water well drilling, pump installation, maintenance, water testing and related services, and allows prospective customers to contact us. The Service is informational and does not constitute a binding offer to perform services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Personal data submitted to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SUPERIOR DRILLING, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect (severability).
