Our story
Superior Pro Drilling has been providing high-quality well drilling and well pump services to families in Texas, New Mexico, Wyoming and California — and now, to Maricopa and Yavapai counties here in Arizona.
Hank, after a career in law enforcement, joined the family drilling business. Our families settled in Arizona, where siblings Cole and Mara grew up and graduated from a local high school. Linda, our longtime bookkeeper, rounds out the team. The person who answers the phone is the person who shows up at your well.
Our approach is simple: we love connecting and building relationships with our customers. We’re honest, hard-working, and we do what we say we’ll do. You get a trusted partner who answers every question — before, during, and long after we drive off the site.
How we work
Our commitment to quality ensures top-rated service. We use modern equipment and proven techniques — but the thing that lasts isn’t the gear, it’s the forty years of reading geology, adjusting on the fly, and finishing holes other crews walked away from.
Every project is different. We work closely with each client to understand needs — household size, irrigation load, stock water, commercial volume — and size the well, pump and storage to match. No spec-sheet drilling.
